About Wellman Monument Company
Chuck and his wife Pat started the Monument Company in 1975 to serve Pickaway county and the surrounding area. In 1985 Wellman Monument Company completed the construction of the monument shop with two automatic sandblast booths and one shape carving booth. The business kept growing and in 1992 Chuck Sr. purchased Highlawn Cemetery in Washington C.H., Ohio. Wellman Monument Company is a member of the Monument Builders of Ohio. Chuck Sr. devoted his life to his work and his relationship with his customers carries on to the present day. As a family owned and operated business, our experienced and dedicated staff understands the importance of providing the finest memorials that best express our customers’ wishes.
